You Are Qualified

Queen Fi: Kingdom blessings. Kingdom blessings everyone. And welcome to Queen Talk. I'm your host, Queen Phi. I praise God for you as we tune into another session in the presence of the Lord. There's a word with somebody's name on it today. I hope you you're ready because God is getting ready to change your story. But before that, let's listen to some music. I'll be right back. Everything you put your hand amen. One of my favorite songs on my playlist. I think I listen to this song at least two to three times a week. Amen. Yes. So let's get into the word. Today's topic is titled you are qualified. Hallelujah. I said I had a word for somebody and I hope that this word will touch the spirit will touch the heart of any person that's listening to me today. So our scripture reference is one Samuel 16, verse one to twelve. It's a bit lengthy, but I'll go ahead and read it. The Lord asks Samuel, how long are you going to mourn for Saul now that I have rejected him as King of Israel? Fill a flask with olive oil and go. I'm sending you to Jesse in Bethlehem because I've selected one of his sons to be king. How can I go? Samuel asked. When Saul hears about it, he'll kill me. The Lord says, Take a heifer with you and say I've come to sacrifice to the Lord. Invite Jesse to the sacrifice. I will reveal to you what you should do and you will anoint for me the one I point out to you. Samuel did what the Lord told him when he came to Bethlehem. The leaders of the city, trembling with fear, greeted him and said may peace be with you. Greetings. He replied. I have come to sacrifice to the Lord, performed the ceremonies to make yourselves holy and come with me to the sacrifice. He performed the ceremonies for Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice. When they came, he saw Eliab and thought, certainly here in the Lord's presence is his anointed King. But the Lord told Samuel, don't look at his appearance or how tall he is, because I have rejected him. God does not see as human. See human look at outward appearance, but the Lord looks into the heart. Then Jesse called Abenad and brought him to Samuel. But Samuel said, the Lord has not chosen this one either. Then Jesse had Shama come to Samuel? The Lord has not chosen this one either, Samuel said. So Jesse brought seven more of his sons to Samuel. But Samuel told Jesse. The Lord has not chosen any of these. Are these all the sons you have? They're still the youngest one. Jesse answered, he's tending the sheep. Samuel told Jesse, Send someone to get him. We won't continue until he gets here. Hallelujah. So Jesse sent for him. He had a healthy complexion, attractive eyes and a handsome appearance. The Lord said, go ahead, anoint him. He is the one. Samuel took the flask of olive oil and anointed David in the presence of his brothers. The Lord's spirit came over David and he stayed with him from that day on. Then somewhere left for Rama. I'm here to tell somebody today that you are qualified. It doesn't matter what your situation looks like. It doesn't matter what your situation feels like. God sent a word today to let you know that you are qualified. I looked up the word qualified. I had multiple meanings and certain words such as able, capable, competent, equal, fit, good, suitable. These are just some of the words. Just some of the words. And there are some people who have tried to count you out. They've tried to deny you access of what's rightfully yours. They've tried to steal your position or size up with you, as some may say. I'm here to tell you today that you are qualified. Many appear to have the qualifications, but in true honesty, God has appointed you and called you for such a time as this. You are set apart. God sees something in you that's different from others. He's not looking at your outward appearance. He's looking at your heart. He's looking at the qualities of your heart. You are qualified for that business. You are qualified for ministry. You're qualified for that university or that college that you're trying to go to. You're qualified for that job promotion. You're qualified to be a voice of change. Hallelujah. Beloved, this is your season and God is about to disappoint your enemies. He's about to prove the doubters wrong. God is getting ready to change your story. You are the David for your family. You are the David for your business. You are the David for your ministry. You are the David for such a time as this. Jeremiah one, verse five says before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Let's pause for a second here. When you were in your mother's womb, God knew you. God knew what you would become. He knew what you had to go through before it even happened. And you're about to go out and do exactly what he called you to do. Today's topic is called you are qualified. God qualified you before you were formed in your mother's womb. I see god making a way for you. Yes, you may be in a situation. Yes, things may be looking dim. Things may look hard. It may seem hard. It may feel hard, but God has qualified you, especially in this season. He's going to elevate. You hear me? Well. What seems impossible, god is getting ready to make it possible. What people say couldn't happen, god is going to make it happen. When God qualifies you, nobody can deny that qualification. No man on the face of the earth can deny your qualification. Hello. There's nothing that can stop you from getting to the place that God wants you to be once you are qualified. I see God raising up some women who have been overlooked. My God. Dear Queen, I declare that you are qualified. I see some of you have been praying and fasting and you've been doing the work. The time is now. You have been called. You have been appointed, and you have been anointed. You are qualified. No more back seats. No more back seats. God has sent a word to encourage you today that you are qualified. Let that resonate in your spirit that you are qualified. I remember when there were times I didn't think or feel like I was qualified for certain tasks. And if I could be honest, I even doubted my abilities. I used to speak like I wasn't good enough. But I thank God for my spiritual mother who spoke a word into my life. She prayed for me and prayed me through my darkest days. She helped me realize who I am. And today I am forever grateful because God sent someone to remind me that he qualified me from a very long time ago. What I do today was because God qualified me. I've been able to see myself in a different light. Yes, it has been hard, but I remain faithful in my work for God. And this is important because faithfulness is required when God qualifies you today, all I can say is God didn't overlook my sacrifice. Mighty God, he qualified me for this mission. I continue to do what he has called me to do. Because there are women out there who need to be uplifted right to God. They need to be encouraged. They need to be educated. They need my help. So I humbly do what I do by the grace of God. It's the grace of God that is going to push us on to the next level. It's the grace of God that's going to carry us into the next season. It's the grace of God that's going to keep us hallelujah. It's by his grace that we're going to be able to do the things that people said weren't possible. This can be your story. I don't know what your task or your mission is, but I'm praying that you never lose hope or faith because God is going to do something amazing in your life because you are qualified. Yes. That thing that you've been praying for, that person you've been praying about, god is going to qualify you to accomplish the task, to accomplish the mission to carry on the journey. You are about to walk into the best days and the best season of your life. I'm not just speaking this because I heard from God. He sent me to tell you that you are qualified to that woman that has been crying for so long. You are qualified woman of God. You are qualified. You don't have to pretend or fight to be seen as kingdom citizens. We don't pretend or we don't fight to be seen. God knows who we are. He's calling you out today, just like David. God is going to use you to do great and mighty works. Who knew that David would be such a great warrior for the kingdom of God? Who knew while everyone was presenting themselves because yay, they looked the part, god sent hallelujah got sent for David. They said in the scripture, send someone to get him. He was out tending to sheeps. He was out tending to sheep. He wasn't maintaining a business, he wasn't maintaining a ministry, he was tending to sheep. He was the youngest of them all. Samuel told Jessie, send someone to get him. We won't continue until he gets here. Who is God speaking to? Who is God sending to come and get you? Because he won't continue until you get into your position. You are qualified for that position. You're qualified for that mission. You're qualified for that task. When he presented Himself, the Lord said, go ahead and mount him. He is the one. Today. Your name is being spoken in rooms you've never been in. Can you imagine that? Your name is being mentioned in rooms that you've never been in. Your name is being mentioned to sponsors for that business. Your name is being mentioned for the job promotion. This time you will not be overlooked. This time they will mention your name because you're qualified. This is your season, queen. You're qualified. Your work, your sacrifice and your prayers are not in vain. You are equipped for the next level. I need you to hear me and catch this word. For too long you've been overlooked and God says it's. Now your time. There are sometimes we think that this is not for me, when you know deep down this is for you. But we doubt ourselves. God is canceling that doubt now. In the mighty name of Jesus, we cancel doubt. We cancel fear. Now in the mighty name of Jesus, you're going to do things that you yourself are even going to be shocked because of who qualified you. You're equipped for the mission because of who qualified you. You're going to trample on serpents because of who qualified you. Other doors are going to be open for other people around you. I don't know who I'm talking to, but this time you're going to move forward. You've waited and prayed for this moment, mighty God. God is about to anoint your head with oil and your cup is about to run over. Hear me well. He's going to anoint your head with oil. There's something powerful about the oil when it touches your head. There's something powerful to be anointed in the presence of the Lord. Remember in the beginning of the scripture, he gave instructions fill a flask with olive oil and gold because someone needed to be anointed. And that someone is you. Today, your qualification will come when your head becomes anointed with the oil. Yes, I'm speaking to you today, your head will be anointed with oil and your cup is going to overflow. Whoever tried to stop you will now have to move out of the way. Don't be surprised if you receive apologies from those who overlooked you. Hello. It's coming. They're going to wonder, how did this even happen? How did she get the promotion? How did she get a raise? How is her minister, his ministry thriving like this? How is the business being so successful? God is the answer. Because he qualified you. God is going to teach you some things in the process. He's going to teach you some things in the process. Because God can trust you. Hello. Because of how you sacrificed through prayer and fasting, god can trust you on this journey. God is looking out for you. Beloved. You are qualified for this. The mission, the job, the business, the school. I see some of you going into universities and colleges. Accomplishing some things that some of your family members and friends have never done before. Don't let fear or doubt cripple you. Especially now. Because it's qualification time. God saw your heart, not your outward appearance. He saw your heart and he is calling you by name today. He said you are the one. He sent a word and said you are the one. So tell yourself that you're qualified. Look yourself in the mirror and remind yourself that God has his hands on you. This is something that you should remind yourself of daily. Don't wait for someone to call you for your qualification. God has already done that. Don't ever forget who your father is. He's been watching you time after time, rising to the occasion when other people would want to be doing other things. You sat still and waited on God. And your appointed time is now. David was tending to sheep. I don't know who is tending to sheeps today. I don't know who has overlooked you. I don't know what you have been through. But your time of qualification is now. God is not making any mistakes. Because your heart is in the right posture. Your heart is in the right place. Yes, you're going to be a voice of change. You're going to be an example to many others. You're going to be the blueprint for others to copy. Hello. Because of your qualification, God saw you. God thought of you. He knew you before you were formed in your mother's womb. And if anybody knows the process of when a woman is pregnant, we go through trimesters. And so he knew every step of the way what you would become before anybody else could detect that your qualification is now. Don't let anybody stop you. Don't let anybody speak you out of what you know now. Hello? Yes. Don't let anybody try and tell you that. Oh no, this is not for you. Yes, it is for me. Speak with boldness. Because God has equipped you. God has equipped you to walk and talk in boldness. Be confident of this that if God has called you, if God has qualified you, he'll keep you. If God has seen your heart, he has chosen the right person for the right time, for the right season. So if it means revamping the plan, if it means taking another step in your ministry, just know that you are on track. You are on schedule. Because God has qualified you. David had no idea that on that particular day he would have been selected. Maybe he was thinking to himself that my brothers are more qualified. Why did he choose me? Yes, he chose you because you were diligent. You didn't complain me? Why me? No, you didn't do that. Whatever was given to you, you gracefully and faithfully serve. You gracefully and faithfully sought after God and the things of God. And God is pleased. I am smiling because I don't know about anything else. But when God is pleased, I am pleased. When I do the things of God, I honor God. When I follow after him, it's honorary to him. So don't ever think for a second that you don't matter. You do matter. You do have a position. You are qualified. You shall do great and mighty things and you will leave a legacy for those to come. And in your time, in your process, in your teaching, never forget that God is keeping you. God is covering you. God is shielding you from any fiery dark that the enemy will try to throw at you or fire at you. I praise God for your life. I praise God that you were able to hear this word today, that it will transform your thinking and that you will walk into the best season of your life. I give God thanks. I give God praise.
