I am mother of two kids a 18 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I am married and have been with my husband for 20 years. I love life and am highly passionate about the people of God especially those who have felt voiceless due to mental health. I spend my time as a mental health advocate telling my personal testimony about my walk through mental health. I aspire to encourage and lift up others with my story but most of all my desire is to see the body of christ set free by breaking mental health stigmas in the faith based community and world. Seeing God's people walking in their true identity and not their circumstances.
I am an author and wrote, "As Beautiful As A Butterfly" my story and testimony of my walk with God through mental health.
